Drawing from his experience working on both sides of competition law and the Commerce Act, Ben will help us to understand more about:
- Safe vs risky actions under competition law
- Your options to work collaboratively
- What to consider if you’re thinking about starting a company or partnership in your region.
Attendees will be sent a little bit of easy pre-reading to do closer to the date. The webinar will primarily be a Q&A, and we encourage you to pre-submit questions during registration.
