Recycling medical devices

The high carbon footprint of the health sector is well recognised so it's encouraging to see that Medsalv is recycling medical devices. It's the only company of its kind in the southern hemisphere. 

Christchurch company Medsalve is stepping in to save medical devices from landfill. Medsalve takes "single use" medical devices, inspects them, cleans them and sells them back to hospitals and health facilities.
